New American JacketsReviews of newamericanjackets.com

For a while now I was trying to find an online store that sells celebrity clothing items from the latest, favorite movies and TV series. Fortunately, I found New American Jackets, it took me a while to check out their entire collection. They have such a great variety of jackets and coats and fascinating superhero customs. I have already placed my second order with them and I am recommending them to everyone I know.

I really like pairing up cool jackets with my everyday outfits and I recently shopped from New American Jackets. I got a brown leather jacket. They have a great jacket collection on their website, lots of amazing options. I got my jacket on time, without any trouble. I am going to shop from them again soon, for sure.

Never again, ordered a hoodie from them because they were the only one i could find selling the luke cage hoodie from season 2, i ordered the item on 8/14/2018, after 2 weeks of no communication i reach out to the merchant and i am told due to quality issues with the product it will be shipped out tomorrow, i find this suspect being that it all the sudden was ready to be shipped? I finally receive the hoodie exactly a month after i ordered it. I open up the package to find that the hoodie is 3 sizes to small, i ordered a XXL and received either a medium or large - i cant really tell because there is no tag on the hoodie. After sending 6 emails requesting either a refund or the proper hoodie i have still not received a response, now i have to deal with the bank to dispute these charges. I will never give this company money again and neither should you.

I bought a jacket from this company on August 20th. I paid for expedited shipping (3-5 days). When I emailed the company the other day to ask about the status of my order, they said the original sample was defective and that they would ship it the following business day, which they didn't. I still haven't received my order (today is August 28th). I have been trying to get back in touch with the company through email and facebook, and there was no luck so far. They lack in customer service and replying to emails, not to mention they have NO phone number. This service seems sketchy. After this order is sorted out, I won't be shopping through them any longer. Horrible customer service. UPDATE: When the company finally replied, they said this. And I quote, " I am extremely sorry for this delay. This was not intentional and please understand on this situation and we have already on the lose of the 1800 stock items. If you can wait one day more, we will ship it confirmed OR confirm us we will cancel your order and refund your full amount today. Sorry for this inconvenience." Essentially, they're making it sound like the warehouse went through a massive loss. I don't believe it. Plus, the grammar is all over the place, which makes me question if this company is even based in the United States. Shop on this site at your own risk.

I placed an order mid May and requested expedited shipping at $15. After multiple attempts to get the status of my shipment I was finally contacted telling me that the sample had been rejected. A week later I sent multiple messages and when they responded they said the ordered would be shipped on June 5th. June 13th no package, no update, just extremely poor customer service! I just requested a full refund of my order and my expedited shipping cost which is far from expedited because it has yet to be shipped! No one seems to care that I paid $100 and no product and the customer service and manager has shown me that the sale or the rating will not bother them at all! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! You may not ever get your package.

That is something really trust worthy. New American Jackets is the best and secure online shopping store for all!!
