This is my 2nd Star Trek jacket. This time I ordered the Picard Season 3 jacket. Customer service kept me informed and it arrived on time and was a perfect fit. Very happy customer. The Lost Americana jacket is better than anything I could have imagined!! It’s GORGEOUS quality and although the production time was long, once shipped it arrived in less than a week!!

Shipping time and processing takes long but is absolutely worth it! Customer service was very excellent and they respond quickly. My package was delivered to the wrong address but I ended up actually receiving it within 7 days. This is definitely a company you have to wait a couple months to receive your order because they are custom hand-made from Asia but it's worth the wait if you're willing to do so!
