⚠️ BUYER BEWARE: NEW AMERICAN JACKETS if i could give them negative stars i would !! I ordered a Dutton Ranch floral blazer from New American Jackets on September 26, 2026. After weeks of waiting, repeated emails and requests for a confirmed delivery date, I was informed today, October 21, that the company had refunded my order and would not be shipping the jacket. Nearly a month later, no jacket, no delivery, and a great deal of wasted time. The company has issued a refund, but that doesn’t make up for the frustration or the missed deadline. We ordered the F1 Brad Pitt leather jacket for my husband. The shipping tracking stopped updating for a while and I was getting nervous, but Tina in customer support was wonderful. She answered every email quickly, had the package rerouted, and kept checking until it was on its way by UPS. The jacket arrived right on time and my husband loves it. Thank you, Tina, for going above and beyond!

Ordered 2 jackets in late August for an event on September 23. Cancelled order before it was shipped as it was not going to arrive in time and explained this to their on-line customer support multiple times. They would reply days later ignoring my request and advising of the shipping delay. Never received item and will be returning it if it does arrive. Worst customer service. Item is shipping from Pakistan not as expected.

Argubaly the worst customer service experience I ever had. I ordered a jacket in March and they just straight up never sent It. I asked for It every week. Eventually they went unresponsive. Then they claimed they sent a refund with no proof then ghosted me. DO NOT BUY BIGGEST SCAM ARTISTS

I recently ordered a jacket online from New American Jackets and was astonished when l was emailed by their customer care and asked for my measurements. They took the time to tailor my jacket so it fits perfectly. The quality and workmanship is stunning. Delivery was prompt and well packaged. I am so happy with their exceptional service and would highly recommended this fantastic American company!

This is my 2nd Star Trek jacket. This time I ordered the Picard Season 3 jacket. Customer service kept me informed and it arrived on time and was a perfect fit. Very happy customer. This jacket looks great and like a light windbreaker can be worn indoors and out in spring into summer as well as fall into early winter.

Ordered a jacket on February 26th expecting it around March 14th. Contacted company a couple times to check on status after the 14th, was promised it would be here in a couple weeks. April 1st contacted company requesting a refund. It’s April 11th and I still don’t have the jacket or my refund. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. I’m not waiting for these yahoos anymore.

This company is a sham. They charged me $154.00 for a jacket that was never delivered. It's been months, and I was promised a refund, 8+ months later and they never refunded me or delivered the jacket. They've constantly promised to send a re fund but never, ever do it. My order still shows as "processing". Better off ordering some a real company instead of a fake one.
