UPDATE: After leaving my original 1-star review and opening up a complaint with the BBB, we finally heard back from the company and received the jacket we had ordered. My husband and I ordered one of their leather Star Trek replica jackets last August, 2023. They advertised on Facebook and Instagram the product would ship within two days and full refund. This jacket cost $135. After several weeks we heard no updates about status, shipment, nothing so my husband emailed customer service. A Tina Elizabeth with the company responded saying they were behind but promised it would be prioritized and shipped. He emailed Tina several times in the following weeks; they argued it had shipped and been delivered but their tracking number and delivery picture were for a completely different order to an address on the other side of the country. They stopped communicating with my husband after they acknowledged their tracking number and photo were for a different order and have never issued us a refund and we have still never received any jacket.

I am very pleased with my purchase of the Picard Season 3 Captain Riker Leather Jacket. It looks absolutely beautiful. The craftsmanship and quality is superb. The jacket exceeded my expectations, and the shipping was fast! The staff was quick to respond to my questions making my whole experience with New American Jackets very positive.

Jacket is excellent quality. Wish if the the Starfleet logo has a grey background instead of white. But still good.

The order for the Star Trek Picard Season 3 Captain Riker Leather Jacket was delivered very quickly. Particularly helpful was an email where I confirmed my chosen size to ensure I got the right fit. The jacket’s quality is superb! However, I had ordered it a bit too large; I wanted to have a small buffer. I’ve already ordered a second jacket, which should arrive soon.

Absolutely terrible. Nothing but scam artists. I paid for expedited shipping. Was told my shipping would be refunded because it still had not arrived for 3 weeks. Now they say I have to pay that $25 back for my order to be delivered because I live in a “remote” area. Customer service is horrible and I’m terrified to find out what the jackets look like.

I ordered XXL and Tina in sales contacted me and asked for my measurements. Then she recommended XXXL and I changed the order thru an email. The material is outstanding and the fit could not be any better. Even the sleeve lengths are just right. I look for and look forward to wearing this jacket and highly recommend NewAmerican. It took a little longer to receive it than I thought but I expect that with high quality craftsmanship.

After two months and ten (10) e-mails, I finally received my jacket. I will justify the delay due to high customer demand. The jacket is high quality and fits perfectly.
