I have to say I was somewhat skeptical about this order at first. About the customer service: they promptly replied to all of my inquiries and questions by email. I got my receipt immediately after the purchase. The price for my item (Jumanji jacket) was very reasonable, and I got a discount. I received DHL tracking right after the product was shipped. About the item: made of genuine leather. I am approximately 205 lbs with a 43" chest. The vest fits me just right (snug, not tight). Hopefully, this helps.

I placed order 93246 for the Men's Shearling Brown Sheepskin Leather Coat on November 24, 2022 and paid extra for expedited shipping. I've been getting the run around from sales rep "Tina Elizabeth". Just like past users I was told there was a quality issue found, that the order had to be remade, and it would only take a couple more days. That was on Dec 13, 2022. When I log onto their site to check my order status, it has never changed from "Processing" since they took payment. It's now January 3, 2023 and I again asked for a full refund, including the expedited shipping charges. I'll update this review with more information in the future. ------------------------------------------------------------ Edited 1/17/2023 to provide update 2 weeks since last update... Still no email from customer service. Still no phone calls from customer service. Still no coat.

I received the parcel today and the coats were amazing, I love the fabric and style.

Order #70317 - Do not purchase from this company , and don’t be mislead by the name New American Jackets. There is nothing American about this company which I’ll get to also. I purchased the Jon Hamm jacket that was supposed to be delivered in 10 days. It never arrived. After about a month I inquired and they apologized and said it was discontinued. They offered me my money back and asked for a good rating after I gave them a 1 star. So basically I was supposed to give them a good rating for using my money for a month and giving me nothing. I pointed that out. They offered me a free jacket – and that sounds pretty good right? Every jacket I wanted they didn’t have in stock so I ordered a jacket - the Anne Leighton in Between jacket for my wife. I upped the rating to show that I was sensitive to the fact that they were trying to work with me. I got rid of all the negative yet accurate accounts of my experience after they refunded me my money. When my wife’s jacket finally got here it wasn’t even close to the picture. It was supposed to be a grayish jacket named after some actress. Instead they sent me this jacket that was far too large, wasn’t even the same design, had a belt where there wasn’t supposed to be one, the lapels we’re wrong and it was a hideous pink, not camel or gray color. I immediately wrote them and told them to give me a return label - the jacket was wrong and it embarrassed both me for giving such a hideous gift and my wife. I asked them to Send me the right jacket. They apologized once again and said they’d find out what happened at their supplier in Pakistan. (Remember that “American Jacket” name? Doesn’t really apply.) Well they never got back to me or sent me a return label. This ugly thing is going to the Goodwill or something. So that was my experience. My advice is don’t waste your time with this company. Now remember where I mentioned that this company isn’t American? It’s pretty easy to prove - not only do they get all their stuff from Pakistan, but on their website is a trip. Underneath the names of their staff they write, “Fluent in English.” Now, if this place was in Eugene, Oregon like they could claim, you would damn well expected their employees to speak English, especially with names like Steven Matthews or Tina. And as an experiment just try to call them. They are polite in their correspondence, but either they are extremely disorganized or have no control over anything. But they can only apologize so much and it gets old.

The product was great. Good quality. It arrived quickly. Emails were answered quickly. I would definitely recommend this product.

The jacket I wanted wasn't in stock, however they bent over backwards to help me out with obtaining a different jacket.

I ordered two jackets from this company back in the beginning of December. I received my first jacket in late December. The first jacket's embroidery was a bright, matte red finish and the stitching was clean. I had to write and remind them I was supposed to receive two of the same jacket. It took over a month and me following up a second time to receive the second jacket. I received my second jacket about a week ago. This second jacket's embroidery has a dark red (almost burgundy) satin/silky finish and is very messy looking. I normally would just ignore the discrepancies, but these jackets are going to be worn side by side and so the differences and the fact that they do not match will be extremely noticeable. I have been corresponding with one person who finally told me I need to write to the sales team. I wrote to them and have yet to receive a response. Now the other lady who has been helping me also stopped responding. I would just like to exchange the second jacket for one of the same quality as the first one but no one will respond. I am very disappointed and would just like a refund if they will not fix the second jacket.

As others have put, I ordered a jacket going by the measurement charts, i was contacted the following day confirming it was the size i required (Nice personal touch). Was kept up to date with all stages of my order and given a tracking number. The Jacket arrived ahead of schedule. Excellent after sales service too, promptly reply to any email i send.
