I rarely leave reviews, but thought it would be helpful for others that are on the fence about ordering. When ordering something custom from outside the US (with a specific deadline), the biggest fear is that the product itself will either be: the wrong size, cheap material, or arrive late. I’m happy to say that none of those were the case for this jacket. The product was great quality, it fit perfectly, and arrived ahead of schedule. Dana Brooks from New American Jackets was in constant contact to confirm the size before it went to production and to confirm the shipping timeframe. She answered all of my questions along the way and the jacket arrived ahead of schedule. Of course you need to allow for enough time for production and International shipping, but I would highly recommend this company for future orders.

I was searching online for a Ted Lasso Starter Jacket for Halloween. I found these folks. I contacted them to confirm I could receive it in three weeks and they indicated no problem. So many sketchy fraudulent companies out there, I was unsure what to expect but the price was very reasonable and they seemed responsive so I decided to take a chance. Submitted the order and not long after they contacted me back to request sizing information so I confirmed XL. They contacted me again, requesting very specific measurements (chest, sleeve, etc.) . . . so clearly this was not off the shelf but they were making it to order. This left me feeling the quality might be better than I had hoped but that it would take a lot longer to receive. The item arrived at my home, four days before they promised, and it fits perfectly. Better experience than I had even hoped for. I would definitely use these folks again.

I ordered the American Assassin "Stan Hurley" jacket, I was a tad concerned of quality due to the very affordable price but all that melted away upon arrival. The jacket is exceptionally well made and matches the film jacket perfectly, it is no less quality than a Barbour I purchased a few years back for "far more". It is form fitting and the recommended size large fit my medium 5' 8"/170 pound frame just right. It's both stylish and warm and I'm looking forward to it being my go too fall/winter jacket. On top of the quality and great price the shipping and customer service was just flawless, you cannot go wrong with this jacket or the company, I'll definitely be a returning customer. We never received the jacket. Asked, said it would be shipped in a few days. That was over a week ago. The order was made three weeks ago. Credit card was charged though. So we are waiting on the dispute to be refunded since they don't respond and didn't send the jacket. Update. Yes we did finally receive the jacket over a month after ordering it. My crddit carx wss charged well befre it was shipped. Except for the zipper which doesnt function well it appears to be of decent quality. However the sizimg is off. It fits in shoulder and sleeves are slightly long. Hiwever she cannot close the jacket because it is too tight. Built for a very slender person. I had my 22 year old daughter try it on. She was able to close but very tight and uncomfortable. I let my 11 year old daughter try it. She is about an inch shorter. Sleeves are still long but with her 11 year old body is able to close it. We took a risk bit whole experience not really satisfactory. A bit expensive for the quality although paying for the uniqueness I imagine. Unfortunately, despiye the measurements it doesnt fit well. Maybe a medium would close but then the sleeves and shoulders would be off. Not sure what to do. 2nd uodate. I guess you must have missed my response since there was one. Regardless we went with the measurements. Just a very odd fit. A larger size would have solved one problem but caused another. It would fit a tall slender girl but not a woman. I think you are a legit company but some feedback would be to not charge credit card until shipped, especially if it will take a month to receive. The measurements are deceiving and returns appear complicated and lengthy process. Shopping online for clothes and proper fit already difficult. I would like a speedier process and ability to swap out if size isnt quite right before i would be comfortable ordering from you again. No, there isnt an email to me on returning

I am thrilled with this jacket. It looks just like the one I wanted, and appears to be of good quality. And, it arrived when you said it would. After I ordered the jacket, I read some reviews on your company. Some reviews stated that people never received their orders, some said the quality was trash. I have to admit, I was quite surprised with what I got. I am very happy with your product, and I will definitely recommend your company.
