The jacket that we purchased was a Loki’ Variant one! My daughter is turning 16 in a few weeks and loves Loki and was desperate to get a jacket, so I found this jacket which was a better looking one than what we could buy from off the shelf on the high street in England. As soon as it arrived I had to let her open it! The fit was perfect (after customer services suggested going up one size!!!) she smiled so much and immediately texted her friends with “guess what jacket I’ve got?” It’s safe to say that this is the happiest I’ve seen her since COVID hit and it may of been expensive but there’s nothing I wouldn’t pay for my daughter to be that happy! Thank you American Jackets for an awesome jacket and the fantastic smiles you provided me with ☺️

My 1st experience with American Jackets: I was excited to find a company that carried the Amber Marshall jacket featured on the series Heartland. I bought it as a surprise for my wife. The time period from date of purchase to the delivery date was exceedingly long! On top of that, there was a frustratingly lack of communication on the whereabouts of my purchase. The jacket arrived and was exactly as advertised! My wife loved it. Because of that, I would give American Jackets a 2nd chance on purchasing a jacket & would even recommend them to others. I only would hope they can correct the delivery time and communicate more with the customer base. I gave them a four star rating because the product was great and American Jacket reached out to me stating they are “working day and night” to improve delivery times.

The High Fidelity Zoe Kravitz leather jacket was received and is a perfect fit, we are very happy with the quality and how quick the order arrived to us here in Australia, well packaged. Their sizing must be on the small size, so I greatly appreciated when I received an email immediately after ordering to re-check the measurements and confirm back to ensure the correct size was being ordered.
