I orderd this company,s rocks, minerals and gems collection. Which is a magazine you subscribe to. Since the word go, I've had to phone up asking where the magazines I've paid for are. Very poor customer care missing items and overall a couldn't care less attitude. I'll be glad when I get the last part and this god awful company and me part company.

I have been trying since July to get £110.60 back that they owe me. This is owed from two subscriptions I paid for my 8 yr old grandsons. I get an answer machine message that directs me to the email address. I have emailed over twenty times to no avail. I have had two emails during this period to apologise and say they will ring me to get my bank details (they have my bank details when they take my subscription though !!!!!.) NO PHONE CALL. I have even sent an email to their CEO. No response I am 71 and can not afford to be without this money. Absolutely appalled by this. I always thought they were a reputable company. I got that wrong !!!

I just purchased the $19 magazine and digital annual subscription. I Cancelled My magazine and digital subscription the very next day due to the lack of family friendly content that I found under the family subject. A story about a robot that provides sex is not something I want my 9 and 11 yr old boys to read when they clicked on the robot story. I cancelled on the phone after speaking to a rep. I was given a confirmation code. 4 days later, I checked in again to make sure the subscription was cancelled. No, they couldn’t find any information on my cancelling. I asked to speak to a manager, gave the date and the confirmation code. They provided me with a new confirmation code. Interesting that the first 4 digits of the 7 long digit was the same. Unfortunately. The manager would not honor this confirmation and would not credit the difference of the $19 fee and the new credit of the prorated fee of $15.83. I realize this may sound petty, but it’s the principle. They are not a customer friendly service oriented company. I will be following up tomorrow again to make sure it’s cancelled. What a waste of my time.

Absolute toilet. Clunky app, Can’t access anything, have a subscription but it tries to charge you for every magazine. app logs you out every second. Leaving tomorrow. Don’t bother.

Their website is easy to use and very accessible. Their magazines ship on time and their articles are unbiased.

I bought a subscription for the physical and digital magazines. The digital magazine is a complete joke. The app constantly logs you out, it forgets your location in the magazine you are currently reading, and it has other miscellaneous bugs. Over all a horrible experience.

The company automatically "placed an order" for a renewed annual subscription without sending me any email notification at all. It wasn't until I made an online account (which I didn't previously have -> no possible way of knowing about my subscription) a few days later that I saw an order had been placed. I then called customer service to cancel as I hadn't been charged yet. Was told that my subscription would be cancelled but that was a lie.
