Don't expect customer service to go out of their way.

Its great for research and a good starting point like a measuring glass for accurate material, statements, facts, all facets of science, photography and lots more, I watch a lot of doco's by them or that are affiliated with them, I probably like nat geo just as much as CNN but at the same time there entirely 2 different sites. A fascinating site, very well organised tidy but busy but easy to use.

The process of buying via this site is very quick and easy. It's also the only place you can get the free fleece (useful for those chilly days) and a free map which is great.

Great site to find out all about subscribing to the magazine, and the offers are really good value compared to buying every month. Plus the supplements are a nice bonus too! Makes subscribing easy.

National Geographic is a great brand, magazine and channel. I really enjoy the quality content being created and appreciate that you can purchase many of their unique products online. The only feedback I would give is it would be great if there were more sales / clearance items or flash sales.

Ma fille me faisait un cadeau en m'offrant tous les ans un abonnement annuel à la revue de National Géographique. L'année dernière ne recevant plus ma revue mensuelle, j'ai appelé le service en France. Ils me disent que l'abonnement n'a pas été réglé, or ma fille me dit qu'elle a bien envoyé le chèque et que ce dernier a été débité. Malgré les courriers, aucune réponse. Par téléphone, on me demande de prouver ce que je dis. Il est clair que l'équipe National Géographique en France n'a rien cherché de son côté. C'est bien dommage et cela démontre le mépris avéré de l'abonné français. J'appelle cela du petit travail. Gardez donc votre revue, il y en a d'autres du même niveau en made in France. GUILLET R.

I am great fan of this Channel. some of the best documentary films i have seen in this channels. my fav. shows are like Dog Whisperer and Nat Geo Rush same as. This Channel are showing best coverage on Animals life and their natural habitat.
