I have subscription to the National Geographic Traveller Magazine. Delivery of issues has been fine until the June issue, due to be delivered at the beginning of May. Still hasn't arrived. Tried to contact NatGeo Traveller by phone and email around the 10th May, but got an automated response saying they were up dating their system so wouldn't be able to respond until after 23rd of May. Tried contacting them again 28 May and it now says they're out of action until 13th June. Not impressed that their customer services system is taking so long to update.

Nothing sent out even after 2.5 months! The phone number says they can only answer after 6th May and today is 25th Apr! Still didn't receive anything, though the team was "in touch" on 29th Apr 2022! Editing on 6th Jun 2022. Still didn't receive anything. Though I have received this response on 19th May, nothing happened since then!!! "We are in the midst of moving our subscription fulfilment company to a new provider but our customer service team have your details and will be in contact to try and rectify your subscription for you as soon as we are up and running. There is currently a technical delay but we hope to be live in the next week or so. We appreciate your patience. I am sorry you haven’t yet received your copies. I have asked for these to be resent today to you as a matter or urgency in the meantime."

I took NGM for years . It was so wonderful I could not throw a copy away .I stopped my subscription for several years and last year when I was asked what I wanted for Christmas I said “ NGM subscription . When I returned from Arizona I found three issues waiting . What a disappointment ! No trouble throwing issues away now . Who ever chose to change what was a ” world renown “ magazine ( probably to cut cost ) destroyed a “National Treasure “ ! How sad , thanks for allowing my constructive comment . The only way I would subscribe to the National Geographic Channel now would be because it came automatically with a package that I had purchased. The programming is now very stale. Between the plethora of vet and narc shows, which long ago became far too wearisome, there is little left to catch the viewer's attention. There used to be regular offerings of explorations into primative cultures, to different ethnic cultures, and in depth biology studies of various wildlife, and special events that related to them. Now shows of this type are rare or non-existent. I find far more nature and cultural shows on BBC. It's sad to watch the slow and painful death of a once great channel.

I have been a subscriber to NG for 20+ years and a fan since I can remember. I used to read my parent's hard cover NG photo encyclopedias as a young girl, which inspired my passion for nature and science through my art. NG was a big part of my childhood! I've got my collection on display on a shelf, all the way back to the year 2000, the year I started highschool. I am sad to say it has come to an end for me. The magazine is just not the same. If you compare the magazine from the early 2000's to now, it has drastically changed. I have always admired the care and quality NG put into their magazines, but now they clearly don't make that a priority. The magazine is half the size it used to be, the articles are shorter, the paper quality isn't the same which makes the pictures fuzzy. The worst of it is that it's clearly biased. It's goal seems to be pushing the liberal agenda. Not to mention the magazine seems like just an advertisement for Disney Plus now. It's so disappointing. At least I have my old collection I can share with my daughters. Sadly, I will be cancelling my subscription this year. I don't mean to sound dramatic, but it kind of feels like a dear friend has passed away.

You actually have the balls to claim that a "Locked Up Abroad" show is brand new, because you put some text sentences in? What in the hell is wrong with you people? The "Locked Up Abroad" shows are just outstanding, but a new show has not come on in a very long time! I have watched them all. Please add new ones!
