Hi Cynthia, Thank you for reaching out and sharing your feedback about your sweater. I took a look at your order history and see that the sweater you’re referencing was purchased in 2022 for $177. We take great pride in the quality of our products, and while we design them to last, natural wear can occur over time, especially with turtlenecks, where seams may experience more stress. I completely understand how disappointing this must be, and I’m so sorry for any frustration this has caused.
