I purchased NAADAM's $98 Original Cashmere Sweater in Dec 2025 and have only worn it approximately 10 times. Unfortunately, a hole has already developed in the elbow area under normal wear. I understand that cashmere is a delicate material, but I would expect a 100% cashmere sweater to last significantly longer, especially with such limited use. I'm extremely disappointed with the quality and durability. A sweater should not wear through after being worn just a handful of times. Based on my experience, I would not recommend NAADAM's Original Cashmere Sweater to anyone looking for a durable, long-lasting cashmere product.

I got an inferior product from NAADAM. Their customer service is AI. I was told the matter would be referred to someone at a higher level. I never heard from anyone. I try to write a review of the product and you’re not able to write a review unless you contact customer service. So any negative reviews won’t appear because NAADAM is blocking them. So I would say their trust level is very poor. There is no quality control, and there is no way to express my concerns other than returning the item.

This company advertises cashmere socks. These are think and stretchy but not cashmere unless there’s on stitch that’s actually cashmere. The label says 100 percent cashmere. Don’t fall for the “cashmere” at this fake company.

I would give them a zero if possible. I ordered two v neck sweaters from them, neither on sale. Because I did not meet the minimum cost for free shipping, I had to pay the $9.95 shipping. When I received the sweaters, the color of one was way off the color depicted online. I decided to return it. It cost me another $9.95 to return the sweater. After paying $20 for a sweater I didn’t want, they had the audacity to charge me another $12.75 for a restocking fee. So, for the great privilege of trying on an $88 sweater, I paid $32.65. Unbelievable as every other company I have purchased from has free shipping and returns and I have never had anyone charge me a restocking fee to put a sweater back on the shelf. The sweater I kept was a mistake. It is paper thin and so see through even wearing a tank underneath looked ridiculous. Additionally it had a snag under the arm which I did not see that quickly became a hole after wearing it for an afternoon. It is now a very expensive rag. Shame on you Naadam. You have lost a customer in me and anyone I talk to who is looking to buy cashmere.

Used to order sweaters from naadam all the time. Ordered 3 more and they clearly have gone down hill. One shrunk after hand washing in cold water. I am very careful to follow labels as I have ruined my sweaters over the years. However this sweater obviously should have been dry clean only (which I won’t buy) bc it shrunk tremendously. They used to be good but now should be avoided.

Genuinely unsure who is giving this company more than a 2 star rating. HORRIBLE customer service, had to email three times to sort of get the answer I wanted (and even then my questions were only half-answered). Took days to hear back each time, and the first few emails from them just seemed like an auto copy-paste answer - very clearly had not actually READ my email. After reading these other reviews, I was glad my experience with their customer service team had been as bad as it was - it put me right off purchasing anything. I hate to think how much more time I might’ve wasted and grief I would’ve had to deal with if I’d actually made a purchase.

Very disappointed in the original crew neck sweaters. They used to be seized properly but now the cut is very skimpy with super short sleeves. The cashmere is also extremely thin and not a lux item at all - very Ross.
