I reordered the same Naadam sweater I've had for 5 years. The new version is SO much thinner. And it pills easily - I've had it a month and lots of pills unlike my last one which hardly pilled at all. Nothing like the older thick luxe version. Fits similarly but quality has definitely gone downhill. My experience with this type of cashmere is that it last 1-2 years at most before a hole appears. I guess that's what you get for $100 cashmere.

Avoid! Purchased a sweater that went on sale the next day--the reduction was substantial. Emailed customer service to see if a price adjustment was possible--was politely complimented on the fact that I reached out but price adjustment was refused. Guess they don't want happy return customers? I returned the sweater and was dinged for return shipping and some other ridiculous fee! Shop at Quince--better in every possible way!!

Madam was dreadfully late fulfilling an order for Xmas that I placed in mid November. I couldn't get my xmas gifts out in time. I got an unsolicited, heartfelt, earnest, long apology letter that apparently sent to everyone affected by the delay. The owner of the company signed it "Love, Matt." He could not have sounded more remorseful about the delay. I could do without this kind of love. The coupon didn't apply to what I decided to buy. I followed up with customer serve who confirmed the coupon didn't apply. I responded that this sounded nothing like a sincere gesture of apology. It sounded like Matt was using the pretense of being sorry for having made a mistake to his advantage - so he could move slow-moving merchandise. I have not heard from the promised "team member that can further assist” me with this in over 2 weeks. This company initially appealed to me because it WAS so caring and conscientious, both to its customers and suppliers. To judge by my experience and the multiple negative customer service reviews I just discovered, that appears to be no longer. Follow up two hours after posting this review: I got a note fro the company that they would honor the coupon. I don't know if my review spurred them to action. Or maybe the timing was a coincidence.? I'm raising my review from one star to two on the basis of them having taken this action.

I placed an order for over $2000 in early November for Christmas. They did not deliver-sent several notes about how sorry they were, but woud not even refund shipping. Avoid!

Ordered on 11/2/25 a Signature Cashmere Color Blocked Quarter Zip Forest Green / L Quantity: 1 $248.00 Received email on 11/12 that order was a delayed. Offered a discount on another sweater. However, I needed this sweater. I originally ordered as a present for the holidays. Customer support could not tell me when delivery would happen. Then, heard nothing for over a month until I contacted them. They told me that they would send it out 12/15/25; however, that was going to be too late, and I asked for a refund. I have not received any response to my request for a refund.

I wore the sweater about a half dozen times then noticed several small holes. I contacted customer service but they didn’t help. All I wanted was a replacement. The sweater was comfortable. But I never even had it dry cleaned and it started to disintegrate.

I used to love Naadam but the prices went up and quality went down. I bought a $500-plus fisherman knit cable two years ago and when the neck began to separate from the body, I contacted the company and noted it was an expensive sweater and would they stand behind it by replacing the one that's unraveling. They said no. I'll order from Quince for cashmere in the future. Disappointed.

Good sweaters, but poor and misleading/unethical service/bait and switch tactics. Company advertised a sweater for $75, but I went to the site and there was no $75 sweater. I called the company and they acknowledged there was no $75 sweater and that there was still advertising promoting one. Also, company offers a 15% promotion for a first purchase, but only when I was able to see fine print in the coupon I received does it explain it isn't valid for many purchases. And, delivery is really slow. I ordered a sweater two weeks ago and am still waiting for delivery, which I'm told will be next week. But, on the positive side, the sweaters are nice.
