While we do have a return fee of $12.75 per order, there are a few ways to avoid this fee: exchanging for another size or style, opting for store credit, or using our Shop Now feature (which even gives you a bonus credit toward something new!). I apologize if this wasn’t clearly outlined in our return policy or portal. On sizing, we know it can sometimes be tricky, which is why we offer detailed guidance for each product as well as our “Find My Size” tool, which provides personalized recommendations based on your measurements.
