The quality of their product is next level! Best cashmere sweater I have ever owned (and I own many). Additionally, their customer care is a 10 out of 10. Evelyn is exceptional.

So, I did have a problem with some sweaters. After sharing what was going on, they made it right immediately. Can’t ask for more.

The sweater I purchased for my husband was wonderful however it ran small. My husband's always an XL. Naadam was great about exchanging it for an XXL. The XXL arrived today and my husband loved it. I'll be ordering more.

Hi Bonnie, We’re so glad to hear your husband loves his new sweater and that the exchange worked out perfectly. Thank you for sharing your experience and for shopping with us. We can’t wait to help you find more pieces you both love!

I purchased a sweater from this organization and the “Shopify” payment app moved too quickly to closing the deal before I could change the shipping address, resulting in the product being delivered to my Summer address. When I contacted management about this, they were extremely accommodating and offered me a code for a substantial discount for a future purchase. This company has excellent products. I wish they would abandon Shopify for their payment functionality, but found their response to the difficulties. This app created to be very satisfactory.

Hi David, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review about your NAADAM experience! I'm so sorry your shipping address couldn't be updated in time. It looks like your order was placed using Shop Pay, which saves your information for a faster checkout. I completely understand how frustrating it can be when that goes through before you can make a change. I’ve passed your site experience feedback along to our team and we really appreciate you sharing it. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if there’s anything else we can help with.

I have purchased six of the cashmere sweaters over the last three years. I am consistently impressed by the color and the quality. Customer service keeps buyers aware of when items are shipped and they follow through on any questions.

I received a sweater in the wrong size, but I had deleted my confirmation email. I immediately contacted Naadam by email and received a prompt reply from Barbie, Customer Care Agent. She retrieved my order number and gave me instructions on how to proceed with returning the sweater for exchange. It was so easy!
