I got my order (MZ Belt and MZ 60 Watch) and the watch never worked. It’s not possible to call the customer service, it’s only possible to write them. But I still wait since two weeks to get an answer how I can return the defect product and get my money back. It’s the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I will never buy a product from them anymore. I’m really upset about getting a product which never worked and don’t get any help to send it back, which is my right in that case.

I was gifted a myzone watch by my Dad, got everything set up however, the chest strap didn't work. It would turn on, connect and then disconnect a few moments later. I tried all the troubleshooting tips and asked my sister to help me figure out that was happening. After failing to fix the issue, I contacted myzone. Explained I had already gone theough troubleshooting but thought the chest strap was faulty. They insisted on me going through the troubleshooting again to no avail After about 4 weeks of back and forth, they finally said they would replace the chest strap. Asked for my details and address to send the return box to me. Then emailed me saying it was to return the black module which works perfectly with the other straps and nothing about the chest strap. I questioned this (this was beginning of November) and got no reply. No returns box has arrived so I contacted them again, again no response. I've chased again since but guess what...silence. all I want is a working chest strap, not hard but apparently its impossible. What a disappointing service. Would not recommend

Myzone broke on the nov 2nd and I was advised to buy a replacement which I was unhappy about as I have many clients who have myzones which are older than mine and have had a replacement from the same issues. I was then told my email would be sent to the technical team but after two emails chasing this up no one has replied to me. I would not recommend myzone as I have had other brands of fitness watches in the past that have lasted much longer and the customer service is much better. January 6th and I still haven’t been contacted by myzone after providing them with additional information after this review. After leaving multiple messages on their facebook page and more emails to Ruth which had still been ignored, myzone decided to finally get back to me (12th January) and refuse to resolve issue. I would advise anyone considering purchasing this watch to go elsewhere. Firstly, the product does not last, and frequently misses workouts (this is something many of my clients experienced too).Many times it is inaccurate when comparing with apple watch and other devices. Secondly, customer service is shocking. I have never experienced such a low level of customer care. Having to resort to using social platforms to get an email is not acceptable. Lastly, their product is no better, not even on par, with other fitness products/apps available.
