I've used Myzone/MZ-3 belt since before lockdown and been very happy. Support has been very responsive whern I needed it and, just recently, had a tricky issue with email responses which was escalated and quickly resolved

I don’t know how many times I have contacted myzone about how useless my device is. Have had numerous replacements and still is not reliable. 9 mile run this morning and a couple of minutes of red then grey or zero for the rest of the run. Customer services reply for a bit with the usual comments, how do you wear it, is it clean etc then ignore you. Please do not say that this is an unusual situation, it really doesn’t help or resolve anything

Great online response time, I needed support & was expecting to wait 3-5 days as stated. Very surprised to awake today to an email stating my issue had been solved! I love Myzone, keeps me accountable and assists me in reaching my goals. My daily gym existence includes Myzone for the last nearly 3 years.love it!
