I have never used a heart rate monitor with poorer accuracy, compared to products from both Polar and Garmin. There are frequent communication outages. MZ-switch a product that is not worth the price.

I love the MyZone App which I have had for over a year. It is easy to use and has really helped my training. It helps me keep focused. The only small thing I don't like is the recent upgrade as it is not easy to compare performance with prior months. Thoroughly recommended.

I rec'd my order 40 days after ordering, there is no phone number to communicate and by email takes rhem forever to respond and its generic not an answer. I rec'd my products as ordered but, communication is their flaw.

We have tried for months to fix issues with the provided firestick. Our large gym screen sits idle, making us look bad after selling everyone on the benefits of a Myzone belt. Myzone finally offered to send a refurbished one via overnight. That was over a week ago. They will not respond to voicemail or email in search of tracking or any sort of confirmation the replacement was sent. Slacker company with terrible customer service. Wishing we never signed up.

Bought 2 kits from my zone health and they arrived just fine in a good package. It took some days more than expected but the customer service was kind enough to clarify their delays.

I do love the myzone app, But what I would like to know is why can’t I update the new version of the myzone app on my I phone but I was able to do it on my android phones, Iv clicked on devices and says it’s only connected to huewi & Samsung I don’t use either of these phones apart from if I can’t access myzone on my I phone Please help

Myzone MZ-Switch, Changed from a MZ3 when the Switch first came out but have had constant issues with it losing connection, freezing and missing workouts😡😡 Done everything advised by the customer services with Soaking the belt, even brought another belt and have been soaking it but still the same issue. I then started to add ECG gel to the sensor pads but this makes on difference so I ended up buying another switch thinking that it’s my unit but no this is exactly the same and I have now ordered the MZ3 and going back to that as I have never had an issue with it😳 When new models are launched they are supposed to be a better option but in this case it’s not🙄🙄

MYZONE tracker concept not obtaining acurate results. When you have a higher resting heart rate you recieving Mepps in the zone. When your resting HR is low which is a indercader of being fitter person, your are not recieving mepps. When walking my HR is to low, I will only get mepps when in runnlng compared to some when higer HR are getting mepps at rest. There are people in my gym that just wear their monitor all day long, with at rest and receive a lot more mepps track, which is not a accurate playing field. There are people getting into the hall of fame like in my gym are a fraud In my opinion this is not set up for accurate condition results. Please reply and give your feed back, also others out there who agree with me. Thanks
