I love my Myzone belt, gives me great motivation to go faster or put more effort in in every class I do. Also it took me ages to get to HOF and I don’t want to loose that title now

Awful since the update. No option to upload workouts and very vague online instructions. Give up, I’ll be using something else from now on. Follow on from reply. Appreciate how it should work but it simply doesn’t. Everyone else at my gym has the same issue. Often you don’t get your previous workout uploading until you start a new one.

Hi, Liam, We are so sorry to hear that you're unhappy with the update. We do believe that the app changes should make navigation easier, but we would love your detailed feedback on anything that is not working. Once you connect your belt to the My Tile page and see your workout summary appear at the bottom of the tile, that is all you need to do--that indicates the phone has pulled all data from your module. Just head to your home screen and it will appear. Pulling down to refresh may speed up the process if internet connection is less than optimal. We would love to hear from you though--please reach out to [email protected] and we will listen to any other features you are struggling with so we can fix any true bugs and enhance our online instructions. Thanks so much for your patience and feedback. We cannot improve unless we hear the pain points and appreciate your honest review. In health and gratitude, Team Myzone

Software is okay but the hardware only really works when running. Any other activity it under reads and takes 30 seconds to a minute to catch up with your heart rate or gets stuck at its current reading. This is really irritating if you want to zone match your activity.

Thank you for sharing your experience, but we are so sorry that it has not been entirely positive. We would like to try to help more if you have time to reach out, as that definitely should not be occurring. If we cannot get it sorted out, we will absolutely honor that. Please connect with us at [email protected] and we would be happy to help and listen to any other feedback that you have. Sincerely, Team Myzone

Myzone does not work. I’ve had mine for less than 3 months and it is incredibly unreliable. The connection drops out constantly. When it does manage to connect it often gets “stuck” on a low heart rate and then suddenly jumps up, only to drop out of connection again. I’ve spoken to the trainers at the gym to check I’m wearing it correctly and e mailed customer services multiple times, and tried all their suggestions. I’ve been promised a replacement belt which hasn’t turned up, and nobody responds to e mails. A replacement belt wouldn’t work anyway as I’ve tried all 3 belts it came with plus 2 spares at the gym. It simply doesn’t work. I’m ordering a garmin now, this company has lost my trust. UPDATE - to all those reading MyZone’s response and thinking they will replace the device - I e mailed them as suggested and have received no response.

Ordered test in January. Ordered 500 test for my company. Only received 60. But yet they were quick to charge 4500$ on my Amex. Response are very slow. My balance of the kits still have not shipped. I am 2 days away from reporting this company as fraud to Amex. This is ridiculous

My monitor refused to come on after the third time I'd used it, took over 5 days for Myzone to agree to change it, and then 14 days for a repalcement to arrive, there is no phone number to call them, emails take days to answer if at all, two emails I sent were never answered, the only time they replied quickly was when I said I was recalling the money from the credit card.
Response from MyzoneFeb 14, 2022
Hi, Kevin, We truly apologize for the trouble you had with both your monitor and replacement. While we are confident that your new device will track your effort as anticipated, we would like to look at what went wrong from a support perspective to ensure this does not happen again. That is not the way we intend to care for our customers and would appreciate the opportunity to make things right. If you have time, please contact us at [email protected]. Sincerely, Team Myzone
