Hi Rosemary, sorry for the confusion on this. You took advantage of a short term promotion we were running where you got $120 off your first order. We do disclose on the page that the retail cost is actually $399 if you choose to stay on the program. Pam, this isn't a fair representation of our business. I messaged you personally 9 hours ago before you left this review and offered to personally help you resolve this. We did everything right on our side and you called a random Walgreen's pharmacist to give you advice on something they have no experience with. I have researched your case. I believe our team did everything right. Even so, I offered to resolve this with you and make this right. We're doing everything we can at MyStart to try to help our customers get access to fast and affordable life changing medications. Every package is sealed with ice to product the product from the heat in transport. Your product was not exposed to 95 degree heat for three days. We do an incredible job of fulfillment and have one of the best teams in the world handling these products. Even so, in your case I have offered to personally handle this and help you through this process to make it right. Pam. I am sorry for this frustrating experience. However, according to our records this is not an accurate recounting of the facts. You contacted our pharmacy and they told you the medicine was totally safe to use. No one told you it was "not viable". The reason it was still safe to use is that we pack everything in ice and specialty packaging that makes it safe for transport in the heat. We cannot control the FEDEX shipping practices. They don't deliver on Sunday so it was delivered on Monday. According to the pharmacy team I spoke with the medications would have been fine arriving on Monday in spite of the heat. My team member who you spoke with is trying to do the best they can to live up to our customer satisfaction commitments but we also have to protect our business from people taking advantage of our policies. If the pharmacy fulfilled the order and there was nothing broken or unsafe about the order then we have to consider that order fulfilled properly. I understand you sought out a second opinion on this. And it sounds like they took a different stance. But my team can't make a determination on this based on your pharmacy in Florida having a different opinion than the company that actually fulfilled the product to your door. If you would like to discuss this further I would like to do what I can to make it right. Please reach back out to the team and ask to speak with me and we will make it happen. Angelo, there isn't one order that goes out from our partner pharmacies that is "contaminated". I am sorry you've clearly had a frustrating experience here but calling our business dangerous is not a fair evaluation of how we conduct ourselves as a company.
