This was my second try with My Start. The first try failed at helping me loose weight. I quit. A couple months later a director called me telling me that he would put me on Tirzepatide and on progressively stronger doses to guarantee weight loss or they would refund my payment. The first month, I lost 3 pounds after three days of diarrhea which then turned constipation for next month and a half. I did eat less, but didn’t lose any more weight. Besides that, I had trouble sleeping at night. Energy levels were low needing naps during the day. I’m active physically. My blood stats had improved. The staff was polite and had sent me some dietary information. I called customer service and told them I was not renewing the prescription and to inform their director, Curtis. Everyone is different and may get different results. Update: Things to consider. Mystart Health and other discounted GLP suppliers sells compounded medications made by an affiliated labs. These medications are similar to the original medications, but not close enough to cause patent violations. None of these medications are FDA approved unless they sell you the original product. Cheaper products may have different results. Good luck on your weight loss journey.

*Update: Upon posting this review I was contacted by a woman by the name of Empress. I was offered a 50% refund and my medication was shipped overnight. I do appreciate the efforts made to correct the situation and the prompt arrival of the medication. It is disappointing however that it took posting a public review to get a resolution beyond having to wait another week while still paying full price. I have ultimately decided to take my business elsewhere.* This continues to get more ridiculous by the day. To start, everything is done via their website which is barely functional. All of their customer service is done via a nameless “live” chat that is as barebones as it gets… I’m talking tech from the 1990’s. Sometimes you get a response within an hour, sometimes within a day, and other times not at all. The only time I was given a phone number was to handle a billing issue, which was clearly somebody’s cell phone. The order tracker simply does not work, my first shipment took almost two weeks to arrive and even now still shows as being at the pharmacy, even though I received it a month ago. My second shipment has yet to arrive even though they took my money 13 days ago. No update, no notifications, nothing. The tracker has said “sent to pharmacy” since the 8th and now after reaching out I see a notification pop up today saying it has just now been sent to the pharmacy. If not for the fact that I did receive my first shipment I would honestly at this point believe I had been scammed. Go elsewhere or you will regret it, I will certainly be dropping this company as soon as I receive my medication or a refund. There is something fishy going on here, this is not a reputable company. Update: I have now received a response claiming that the delay was because they had to switch pharmacies and that it will be another WEEK for my medication to arrive. I’m more nervous now because I have seen reviews from BEFORE I placed this order claiming that they were told the same thing. Not to mention that even if this is true they chose to leave their customers in the dark with no warning or update that this was happening.

Ok, my original review was 1 star. I did receive a call from Curtis who promised my credit card will not be charged. Of course time will tell. I have already alerted my credit card co. I was asked to remove my review, so I came back on the website to edit my review... but miraculously my review has disappeared without any action on my part. Isn't that convenient and questionable. I will say they are very responsive to bad reviews. Please don't disappoint with promise to refund the charge and no further charges will be on my account. I'm still a bit concerned they have my credit info. I also have a pharmacy trying to collect a past due bill... WHAT? If this becomes a headache, I'll be adding more bad reviews. Fingers crossed this mess has ended.

Update of my previous review. I have been on the medication from My Start. I have lost 1 pounds. My blood sugars are really the only change I noted. They have been in normal to low range. I can say the owner "Matt"of the company went out of way to try and help with my weight loss. Switched from sublingual medication to injection. Refunded all my money for the first month. I paid for the second month but I again lost no weight. I used again for another month, no change. I will give 5 stars for customer service but I would give 2 star for the product for me. 5 stars for Matt trying to help with his product and trying to help me; he did give me all my money back completely; which I completely appreciate.

My husband and I both ordered meds. We signed up on January 4th. He talked to a doctor the same day and was approved. Due to work it was hit and miss for me but I spoke with a doctor on the 5th and was approved. We checked every couple days and when no action was taken by the pharmacy I contacted the company and was told due to the holiday they were behind. I was also told that the medication would be out to us on Monday (1/12). Still nothing by Tuesday so I reached out again and was told on Thursday (1/15) that meds would be out by end of week. Here we are on the 19th and still nothing processed. I called a different number and the young man looked and said this was not right and reached out to the pharmacy. He said he would call me back as soon as he heard back from them. I feel as if I have been hoodwinked. I am ready to ask for a refund. Not satisfied at this time.

It was great…..Until it wasn’t…. Took off with high hopes of a great journey…. Then it crashed annd burn in less than an week… Everyone was communicative and timely at first… Only took about 30 minutes to an hour and I was set to go…. Then I paid the $700 and it went downhill from there. I received a message from FedEx saying my package couldn’t be delivered because the “business was closed”, I called about 4 times to find out how my residential address was notated as a business address and no one could help me. No one knew anything about anything…. Okay, fine…. So I call FedEx. I go to their location after a 12 hour shift and retrieve the package myself…. Inconvenient, but a feasible solution nonetheless… I get the package and it’s not what I ordered. So I was dismayed that I just chased a package down and its contents are not what I ordered…. I tried to call ALL day (about 10 times) and sent about 5 emails to get the situation resolved. And once again, nobody knew anything about anything. ……Except one representative. She could see what I ordered was not what I got. But alas, she had to stick to the script and tell me my case was being “escalated”. And also, investigated… Although, I’m not sure what they’re investigating….. or escalating, but it’s making my life complicated…. *If you sent the wrong thing, correct your error and send the right thing* Seems simple enough, but no…. They’ve been investigating and escalating for 4 days now. I have received ZERO responses, replies or resolve. I haven’t heard from anyone…. I was told it would be “escalated” and someone would contact me by the end of the day. That was 4 days ago….. I requested a refund during one of my calls, but you already know what the rep said: Yep, you guessed it!!! ESCALATED. If possible, I’ll update how this movie ends…
