When I spoke to Curtis he listened to my concerns once I finished and was very professional and courteous and Curtis was very respectful and considerate of my needs which I find very rare today

Company redeemed themselves
The first three months, I had no issues at all with the company. However, when I received my second order, I only received one vial. I attempted to resolve this with the company but kept getting passed off to another department. Finally I posted a scathing review here and the CEOMatthew Stern reached out to me. He listened to my issue, agreed that I did not receive my complete order, and he made it right immediately. Hopefully he will be able to train his staff to listen and address the customers’ concerns instead of passing the buck. I commend Matt for being a moral and ethical leader, I would now recommend this company for your weight loss needs.

I would like to revisit my review for Mystart Health ,I had written a review earlier since then the company contacted me and made everything right,I appreciate the Mr Matt (ceo) reaching out so we both could get an understanding of exactly what happened this tells me he is listening to his consumers and trying to make things right I appreciate that, you don't usually have companies reach out to you to make it right or try to understand what happened. Thank you I appreciate your concern and taking the time to find out exactly what the issue was resolving.

Discontinued Prescription.
Company seems to be genuinely interested in get their product to help you. I tried their GLP pills for 2 months. They didn't work. They called me and switched my to Tirzepatide, which is suppose to be more effective. After 10 weeks...no effect. Now, I'm not saying their formulation is bad. It just has no effect on me. I know many people who have benefited from GLP program. I did not renew prescription. I just can't continue a service that had no value to me. Good luck to all of you.
