This is my second week. I can feel all the electric shocks. I hope it is doing what it suppose to do. Because 12 weeks is a long time.

My same is Ofelia Albrecht, the wife of Steve Albrecht, who purchased Innovo for me. I'm returning my Innovo for the following reasons. At first, I was excited to receive this and use it. However, after a few times with the Innovo unit, I had a bad reaction to it. My husband who is an engineer helped me put it together, He helped me with the connections. I am 69 years old and couldn't take the tingling sensation that I get from Innovo. I was allegic to it the third time I used it. A lot of discomfort. At first, it was okay but the following few times, it was not bearable. On the third day, I had some bleeding. I had to increase the intensity on tmy4thday. It did not do its work. I got to tired after the 30-minute session. It felt that my tummy was uncomfortable. I felt the tingling was okay during the first time, but during the succesive times, it became unbearable. I would appreciate your speedy refund.

Innovo's customer service is first class. Clemence dealt with a query speedily and efficiently. I felt that the company genuinely cared. Thank you so much.

I've been using for one week and I can feel improvement already. I will continue for the 12 weeks as recommended and hope my issue will be resolved The product is easy to use. It fits perfectly, the availability of multiple sizes is great and should allow for most people to get the right fit My product was delivered on time as promised, I did not have to deal with customer service

Quality product as described.

Over time my innovo shorts seem to have stretched so they are no longer a good fit. This is despite taking good care of them and following the care instructions.

I have not used it a month yet. But I can tell it is trying to make my pelvic floor stronger.

Great order & shipping experience. Small learning how to use the product. No info on web site to help men to get the best results.
