For those lucky enough in the UK to have a wraparound garment and no longer able to get replacement gel pads: I have found that Slendertone toning pads work perfectly. They are not the same size as the Innovo ones but as long as you place them over the conductor button work just the same. Also a fraction of the price we used to pay. I buy them on eBay but seen on Amazon too. I’ve used Innovo wraparound for 10 years once a week as maintenance. It is life changing. I tried the shorts. They were rubbish. Sometimes you can buy the wraparound garment on eBay so it’s worth looking out for if you’re one of the unlucky customers stuck with the shorts. It’s a disgrace that Innovo have abandoned uk customers with a medical device and no support.

I used INNOVO for pelvic, floor exercises, and the device is comfortable to wear and easy to connect with the app. The guided sessions are well, explained, and I noticed a slight improvement in my bladder control after a few weeks, which was my primary reason for getting it. The unit feels solid, and the app is fairly straightforward to use. On the other hand, the experience was not flawless. The app occasionally freezes or disconnects from the device, and the printed instructions were very basic, so I had to find additional information online. The customer service took a long time and was not very responsive. Also, the product is quite expensive for what it offers, especially if you are not sure that it will work. In general, it is a good product, but the problems with the device and the price prevent me from rating it higher than three stars.

Cannot get replacement gel pads. Innovo leg wrap now useless. Company bought out by american company!

I have had to order a new pair of shorts (past the warranty) or replace at least two pairs of shorts because they didn't work after a few days. To get a replacement pair takes weeks, not days. Innovo has quality control problems. I've never gotten to 90 days to find out if it really works!

Update 6/24: Sam from customer service emailed me with a label so I can send back this product for a full refund. 6/23: Terrible customer service! Do not buy this product! I had a problem with my product not working within two weeks of receiving it! I tried multiple times via email to contact support without ANY response! They don't take calls so you have no option but to keep emailing them. I am beyond frustrated with this company!

My Innovo shorts worked for 35 sessions and then would not. The error message saying various electrodes Not working. I contacted Innovo, they told me to use more spray, check connectivity. Eventually, after I bought more conductive spray and a lot of emails, I had to return my shorts and once Innovo had received them and checked them, they sent me another pair. Obviously, I had missed a month of Innovo sesssions. The second pair of shorts worked for 2 sessions and then same “error “ messages. After more tedious emails I had to send back. This time Innovo sent me 2 leg wraps, cos they said I was between sizes, this would be a better fit for me. My husband had brain haemorrhage and life interfered and so I only got 2leg wraps out this month. I had noticed a deterioration,eg losing wee when sneezing or laughing or coughing. I realised that although I had only done those 35 sessions they had really improved my stress incontinence. Now after 6 sessions, these ‘new’ leg wraps , which are really difficult to put on correctly, are starting to say;” error electrode”. I am dreading having to go through all the time consuming emailing, postage , cost, waiting for replacements etc and no guarantee that it won’t go wrong again in a couple of months. Innovo is expensive and having investigated other methods to improve stress incontinence , I know that you have to maintain. So you will have to use Innovo maybe yearly.

Excessive time to respond and to process a request. Otherwise, they are kind. Also, I suspect Innovo company has not addressed the problems that appear while using the shorts: electrodes easily go off and there is nothing to do, other than return and request a replacement.
