Just received my Innovo. Quick shipping and excited to get started on this journey.

I have had a great experience with innovo I purchased the item for my mom who was suffering a lot with mixed Incontinenece , I must say it has really changed her life She used it as instructed and she has felt a massive difference We had a few problem to start with but the staff were always very helpful and were more than happy to assist

I only been using it for a few days but it seems to "hit the spot"

Nothing but praise for the care, information and response to helping me rectify my situation. I have lost weight and needed smaller shorts.

I had a lot of problems with this product at first, but Emma reached out to me and offered a replacement. That replacement is now on its way. Hopefully everything will be better in the future. I’m looking forward to posting my positive review in a few weeks.

I made my order on 20th May and my order was confirmed, and that they would be delivered within 2 to 3 working days. I was informed 4 days later that my order would take a further 10 days. After two weeks I emailed the company to see where my order was, no reply. After a number of phone calls and more emails to the company, I was told they hadn’t been sent and that they would post them tomorrow. They didn’t arrive when promised. Finally received the order 3 and a half weeks late and if I hadn’t continued to chase them up I would still be waiting. Not impressed with customer service at all.

Hello I had the same problem with the leg of the shorts being loose and getting painful shocks. On the advice of my physio i rang the innovo support line and explained the problem. They sent me an older version of the shorts which wrap around each upper tight and close with velcro . You can fit these much better and no shocks. Best if luck.

Leg portions are too loose. The electrical stimulation is like getting an electrical shock every time it comes on--EXTREMELY, EXTREMELY painful. I haven't been able to use it 5 days a week because of the PAINFUL SHOCKS. if I weren't so hopeful that INNOVO will help with my incontinence I would return it. Currently starting week three.
