I love the products as they have helped me tremendously. The only thing is why no more phone calls? I really don't like going through email!

I appreciate being able to do this treatment at home on my own schedule! I am seeing improvement now that I got shorts the right size. I had to get a few pair replaced after error messages, but the company was very good about sending me replacements.

Everything was well done. I‘m completely satisfied.

My customer service chat agent was knowledgeable about the product and the available options. The downside of connecting using the online chat feature is the initial chat with robot suggestions until enough tries trying to find the correct wording to express the issue I had to get transferred to an actual human. Having a menu of questions the robot could help with would be nicer and get moved faster. Unfortunately, the only resolution available was to return the product. I was getting good results with it, but I was experiencing some itching from the spray and/or the electrodes. I wish there were another option to try to overcome my issue before stopping the use of my INNOVO shorts, which were giving me marked improvement in pelvic floor muscle tone. However, I do understand to protect the product and prevent issues with it as quickly as possible I really appreciate the offer to get my money refunded without more questions. I have received the email with return instructions and a postage-paid label to print.

I’m happy with the results. Although not perfect, I still have some leakage and urgency issues they have greatly improved. My only complaint with this device is the pants don’t last as long as I feel they should.
