I just ordered a new pair of shorts; and am absolutely delighted with this extraordinary product, especially with their new reinforced patches! I began my INNOVO journey 7 months ago, and cannot believe the turn-around. I anticipated “things” to get better, but not completely relieved. All the inconvenient symptoms I experienced are gone … I sleep through the night, rarely feel urgency, and have no (it was minimal for me) leakage. PS 5-stars are not enough : )

Customer service is awesome! When I ordered my Innovo shorts and when I had an issue after several uses, the Innovo customer service each time was able to quickly help me resolve every questions. They provide an expert live person for troubleshooting. Also, their customer's satisfaction comes first. I wish all products were handled in the same manner.

I recently had a problem with a product from Innova and the experience of contacting the company and getting the problem resolved was excellent. All those I had contact with were extremely efficient and courteous and I very quickly had a replacement product. As I have only just received this I am unable to comment fully on the product itself, but I can only hope it is as good as their customer service!

I have finished my 12 week program. It is fantastic, i don' have to run to the bathroom when the sudden urge hits.

Ordering online was easy. Delivery was fast. Product was well packed. Instructions easy to follow. Spraying the 4 forward facing electrode pads is easy. The other 4 pads which are more towards the sides of the garment are a bit more tricky to spray. It is important to thoroughly "wet" the electrode pads to ensure good skin contact otherwise the device will not work. At the present time all seems to be functioning as it should and muscle contractions can be felt in the right areas. Overall effectiveness and longevity of the garment remains to be seen hence the 4 star rating.

Excellent customer service. I haven’t used the device long enough to review it.

So far I am very satisfied with my results. I have gone from changing my clothes 2 to 3 times a day and going through a pack of Tena pads in a week to maybe one accident a day. I had to tailor my shorts because my legs are somewhat smaller and they weren’t making contact. That was the only problem. Thank you.
