I've been trying every day to get the shorts to work. They basically don't fit and then the sensors don't let them buzz. I've never felt the buzzing that the paperwork says I should.

I purchased the set an it was not working properly then stopped working altogether after wearing the shorts 10 times. I really felt that this program works but when I tried to replace the product (within 30 days) I never received a reply or return label. I reached out to customer service via email 9 times (there is no number to call). I am out over $500 for a product that doesn't work.

I ordered my first pair of INNOVO shorts back in April. After just a few times using them (correctly, by the way), they stopped working. After jumping through all of the seller's hoops and returning the shorts, the seller sent me a second pair several weeks later (which is why I gave two stars instead of just one). However, the second pair also stopped working after using them just a few times (correctly). What's the deal? My husband told me not to bother trying to get the second pair replaced because of all the stress doing it the first time. So, I just took the multi-hundred dollar loss. So disappointed. These shorts could have been a great help.

Sorry for rating, It was not the battery! I am just so frustrated. I used it for about 12 times and it worked fine, then I tried to use it and it did NOT work! I tried several times to make it work. Then it sat in my closest for several months, then got it out again and decided to order a battery. It really did help my problem and now I am having problems again and wanted to use it, and battery didn't fix it. It is worthless in my closet! Can I just mail it all back and ya'll figure out what is wrong?

The service is terrible. I need to exchange a Pair of shorts for a different size. It took 3 weeks to get a return label and several calls. The product works but service is difficult.

My Innovo shorts stopped working. Seems like there is a 12 month warranty but trying to get a replacement pair is very time consuming and cumbersome. Going on two weeks now. The last email to me was to verify my home address that I listed on every correspondence so they could send me a label to mail the failed shorts back? I responded immediately 4 days ago and still no mailing label. It appears customer service may only work two days a week.
