My Innovo arrived promptly and I got started right away on the same day. A very strange sensation to start with but I slowly increased the intensity and was surprised at how quickly I got used to it. Have been using for two weeks now (with Saturday and Sunday off) I actually really enjoy it. Am up to 70 on the intensity now. Have got it off to a fine art now with my legs over two fat pillows on top of each other and a cushion to prop up my iPad! Time goes much quicker if you’re occupied! Really pleased so far and excited to see some results, hopefully in a month or so.

I have had the product for a bit but just started using last week, so this is my second week. So far, it definitely feels like things are changing! My leaks are still with me, but I am looking forward to continue using the product and seeing improvement continue over the next several weeks. I would like to see where I am in another month or so and then do another review.

This cost a lot of money. I could only stand, could not sit or lie. I could not get up to full setting. After using 4 times with a day’s break, my legs wer so wobbly I could not walk the next day.

I have only used the product for5 times and am extremely encouraged. My leakage has decreased noticeably and I am eager to proceed with the program. The order was processed promptly and shipping was quick. The one problem, which has tainted my overall experience, was the lead-on offers of $100 off which appeared often in my inbox. There was no place to enter the code on the order form and when I called the very friendly customer support line I was told my order had not yet been received. The charge, however, had already appeared on my bank account. This led me to fear that I had been scammed and to spend some anxious hours. I called back twice and was told the refund would be applied within a week. It finally did show up about 5 days later. I would suggest that you make any discount offers more accessible.

Excellent service

The unit only worked once and then nothing but error messages on the controller. I have contacted customer service twice to get troubleshooting advice or to return it and no one has gotten back to me.

Communication is always difficult when companies choose overseas customer service. Sweet lady tried, but I am still having the same problem. I experience sharp pain, not contractions, even at the lower settings. I will be returning this. I feel it may still be a fit problem but perhaps there is not a short for me.

Two stars because delivery and apparent ease of use appear good initially. First week no problems. 2 days rest 2 days perfectly fine. Then last night error came up and actually felt like I was being shocked. Have emailed through help link, but received no reply. Tried shorts again following instructions 're electrode error but definitely feeling quite painful shocking sensation.
