After using the pants for a few days I began to experience problems. I contacted the company, Emma was very kind and attentive to my issues. A prepaid label was provided and I was able to return the problem pants for a smaller size which were sent out immediately after receiving notification that the defective pants had been mailed back to Innovo. Thank you for excellent customer service.

The servicehas been excellent and the product is of top qjality. I have been on programme 1 and 2 for 14 days so far and will not know how siccessful the therapy is for some time yet.

Awful service. I used my shorts approximately 8 times and then they started shocking me every time I tried to wear them and do a programme, no matter how much spray I used. I was even pausing the program I was trying to do to re-spray the pads but none of it helped. I contacted customer service and received a long email back telling me all about connection problems (which wasn't relevant at all) and asking questions, all of which I replied to. No response at all after that. It is a large amount of money to spend out anyway but to then be something you can't even use. I have since gone back to my Neurotrac Pelvitone, done a lot of research for customised programmes and have had great results with it. I would not recommend Innovo at all.

Have you redesigned the shorts yet to make them more durable? I was only able to get one months use out of the shorts before they fail. Probably a good product if you can fix the shorts so they last longer.

Not being able to use the shorts decided to try the wrap around, now 6 weeks and have noticed some improvement. My gripe is the length of time I'm getting with the pads, the first set lost their adhesion very fast within a couple of weeks they were replaced free of charge but now less than than 6 weeks I'm finding the same problems have to keep pressing the pads to my body when using the garment or the error code appears and don't feel I'm getting enough contact thus I'm losing out on workouts was in touch with customer service again to say the problem with adhesion is poor but was informed that as they replaced the gel pads before ( just over 6 weeks weeks ago I'll need to buy again .Now the cost of the pads are a few pence under £30 which I find ridiculous if I need to replace as often as this told ill get a reduction to £23 for being a customer but who else would want to buy them if not a customer .I think £15 would have been a more appropriate price if having to replace this often .I do cover the pads after each use with the protected covers and I do not use anything on my skin which might affect the adhesion .I take the standing position when using. I want to be able to say I'm delighted with them them but its going to work out very expensive at this rate.

I am sorry to hear the gel pads have lost their adhesiveness, even if they are not sticking as much as they did initially they will still work as they should, the gel pads should last approx 60 sessions - 12 weeks treatment. The product seems fine - good instructions - we shall see if it works in the allotted time. The despatch is not very speedy (10 days?) and lacking in information on timescale or updates. It was well packaged though with a fair amount of plastic.

I was very sceptical you hear of so many things on the market that supposed to work but it does work, not been on it long but it does work. I would recommend it
