I ordered my appliance just before Christmas and it arrived within a few days. It didn’t seem to be working as I thought it should, so I rang the free Helpline and after talking to two very helpful ladies we decided that I had probably ordered the wrong size. A replacement arrived 2 days later and is working beautifully. I cannot fault their customer service.

Thanks to Mary for making my customer support experience so positive. My new Innovo shorts were the wrong size, despite following instructions for measuring. She worked with me to get me the right one and mailed it immediately. #grateful.

Greatly disappointed. The product is quite painful and I only feel intense vibration in my buttocks and legs. I have severe muscle loss and prolapse. I've been using for over 2 weeks now. When you've dealt with severe inconvenience for over 20yrs you'll try anything. I do not recommend this product.

This is helping me sooo much better. Then other exercise I have use. Finally something that works. The only thing I can say bad about it is it's sooo expensive. Maybe offer a coupon more often instead of around the holidays. Thanks for a product that works.

My wife is just starting out with the equipment. The set up is well explained and the unit is easy to use.

I measured twice and ordered the size indicated by the size guide. I broke the tags off before putting them on, trusting I was getting the correct size. Once the tags are broken you can’t return them. The shorts are supposed to be tight like biking shorts. Mine are very BIG. They are loose on my thighs and on the front side of the upper pelvic portion so I’m not sure I’m getting the benefit I should be from using them. For $450 I would expect the size guide to be correct.

I noticed a difference within one week. After a couple of weeks, the shorts failed to work.I called Customer Service, who sent me a new pair, within a couple of days, and these work well. Excellent service, and I'm really enjoying the feeling of being able to go out, and not worry:)

My husband ordered these after suffering problems with incontinence following surgery for prostate cancer when they came they initially seemed to be working well then after a couple of weeks they stopped working contacted innovo and they sent replacement shorts in a different size once again they worked well for a couple of weeks and then stopped once again the shorts were replaced for a different size but the same thing happened again when we contacted innovo once more he was told he would have to purchase additional contact pads to use instead of the shorts at a cost of £70 having already spent nearly £300 we are unwilling to spend more money on something that may not work So we have wasted £300 on something that does not work which we can ill afford I have only given 2 stars instead of 1 as the lady on the helpline was very pleasant If the goods had continued to work as they did initially we would have been happy but the shorts are obviously not fit for purpose
