Excellent service. Every time I make contact, the Innovo staff are quick to respond, very knowledgeable about their products, courteous and helpful and most encouraging given the nature of people's reasons to come to them. Very well done and always much appreciated.

I have Reynard so it does not work as well or as easy . I think the product is good for the average user. My friends are very happy with product.

Shorts are ill-fitting as they only take hip width into account. Nevertheless, with some adjustments (I use wooden clothespins to help the legs to fit) I can get all the electrodes to work. The treatment isn’t exactly comfortable, but not painful like a competitor’s product I also tried. Too soon to know if it will be effective.

Getting so stressed about not being able to be naked without pads at the age of 50. My partner bought these pants for me and said just try them ! I was sceptical but then after 4 weeks bingo...my urge to go before I got to the toilet stopped! Wow! How wonderful are these pants! I do stay completely still when wearing them as they can stop and start with error messages otherwise. Plus I get to lie down and watch half an hour of my fave TV programme, Its a win win!
