This is my first time ever using this type of shaver and it passes any other shaver that I’ve ever used. My first shave was very successful and left my head smooth where I didn’t miss a spot. I’m sold. I recommend the shaver and the customer service and follow up is great.

This is an amazing and awesome product
This is an amazing and awesome product. I can definitely get a very close and comfortable shave. I would definitely recommend this shaver, you can shave your privates and not have to worry about getting nicked or razor burn

fraudelent subscription
Ordered shaver, unaware of fraudulent scheme to add a subscription to my order. A month later I was charged 49.95 for two refills. I logged in and tried to cancel as the order was not filled or shipped yet and was unable to. The customer service would not cancel and offered a 7.95 shipping back fee that I would need to pay. I refused and will be disputing the charge. I never signed up for any subscription from them. The original shaver is not great either as it does not bend with the curves.

Love It!
The product came very quickly. It was even better than I hoped it would be. I have tried a few different electric razors through the years and have been using a blade razor for quite awhile. This is, by far, the best I have ever used and I think I am hooked. THANKS!

Don’t trust Freebird!!
Don’t trust Freebird!!! You will end up signing up for a membership - Just by buying one thing! My boyfriend like the shaver but is it worth accidentally joining a cult you didn’t know you wanted to join… that how I felt when I looked at my bank account later and I didn’t know they were accessing for more funds!
