Your product has made it extremely easy to get a very close and painless shave. The pro version excels at being easy to clean while also feeling very lightweight and comfortable to hold. The biggest improvement that you could make would be to switch to a standard USB-C charging port. Thank you for a wonderful and easy to use product, it's made my entry into this experience of head shaving very enjoyable.
