Freebird has excellent customer service and my legs felt like I had used a razor after using their shaver. When I received my shaving kit. The bikini trimmer was broken. I contacted customer service, sent some pictures, and corresponded with Jan. She responded very quickly each time and is sending me a new bikini trimmer free of charge. I used their regular shaver head and my legs felt so smooth I couldn’t believe it.

I upgraded from the Freebird Flex Series to the Freebird Pro. I wasn't sure how a 4-blade razor could possibly outperform the 5-blade version but, boy was I wrong. It's more sturdy than the previous model. It feels so comfortable in my hand. Cleaning is so much faster and easier and I cannot imagine a closer, easier shave experience. The upgrade was the best move and I have absolutely no regrets!

So far loving the shaver, my husband loves it as well! Definitely buy again, it does get a close shave for me and him too. Price is amazing. Question, will the refill blades fit all the shavers?
