Got an email advising my of my pending order is ready to ship. I did buy an item 2 months ago and never signed up for a subscription. Tried contacting them but the phone number is always busy. Used their message center to cancel the subscription, but no response. Update. They finally responded to my message and said when I made the purchase I also signed up for a subscription. It may have been included with the purchase, but I didn't see it. They did cancelled the subscription

Scammers, they'll charge and ship orders eventhough you have not signed up. The support never responds to requests. Their razors are garbage. Stay away from this garbage company

Do not buy this Instagram hoax razor. They will automatically sign you up for a subscription and the razor is horrible.. it leaves patches and does not work as advertised. They also set it up so that you have to dig very deep to figure out how to cancel the subscription ypu never signed up for.
