Great product. Wish I had purchased sooner.

Convenient and easy way to shave my head. Using a razor was time consuming and caused nicks and cuts. This is a much better alternative.

Worst experience working with any company. Took a leap of faith and ordered their product. Right out of the box, the product did not work even after a charge. Charged further and heard the motors working but would not trim any scalp hair. Charged for 48 hours, still same thing. Tried to return and received a lot of resistance to returning it. Then finally end up spending $20 returning a useless product that costed $40. Company could care less about being supportive about the quality issue of their product. They did not even care to acknowledge the issues and were too much in a hurry to try and make the customer go away. I know others who also had similar horrible experiences with this company. Try other companies, plenty out there. I will be spreading the word so others do not go through this. If you don't care about losing money just to try out a poorly made product, go ahead.

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience. That’s certainly not the level of performance or support we want any customer to have. Our team did work to help troubleshoot the issue and offered return options within our 30-day return policy, including a $7.95 prepaid return label option. We understand that returns can be frustrating, especially when the product didn’t meet expectations, and we’re sorry the process left you feeling unsupported. We take product feedback and quality concerns seriously, and experiences like this are shared with our product team so we can continue improving. If there’s anything still unresolved, we’d be happy to review your case again and see how we can help. — Freebird Support

I was not aware but around every 50 shaves you need to replace the circular blade which is not too bad as the cost is very reasonable

We appreciate you being part of the Freebird community and are glad to hear you’re enjoying the shave. — Freebird Support

What a disappointment! The razor is actually a really good product. The company is Scammy! I was automatically signed up for razor refills without my knowledge. The company kept my debit card on file and charged me $47.92 a month for refills. I only paid $30 for the whole damn razor. The nerve of them! Common thieving company! I had to contact the bank and get a whole new debit card. Do not purchase from them.

Twice now I’ve had to cancel subscription. Received an email for 50% off a set of three blades. Found out only after ordering automatically subscribed me. Scam
