A Monoprice television mount wasn't compatible with the TV we bought and caused damage to the Monoprice HDMI cable. So I called them and explained the problem and they issued a refund and also replaced the cable immediately.

I had a problem with an sdcard being corrupt on an open box 3D printer I bought from them. I could not find a card that would work with the printer. Customer service took a couple days to respond but it is the busy time of the year. There information was helpful so that I could findt an sdcard to work and they offered to replace the defective one.

Amazing line of products at very fair prices. Plus their customer service is beyond awesome! You can tell they truly care about what they are doing.

Got a gaming mouse, hiking backpack, and bike toolkit for just over $100, and they arrived a few days later, quickly and efficiently. I fixed my rear brake's alignment with style and will probably also use the kit to install a set of Monoprice aero carbon handlebars if they ever stock more of them, kept a change of clothes and some important documents dry on a bike commute through a torrential rainstorm, and am popping the heads off enemy gamers with ease and in glorious PCMR-approved RGB. In short, if you want equipment that does its job, does it well, and leaves you still able to make rent, Monoprice is the way to go.

Great products and reasonable prices. Purchased some HDMI cables and adapters. Nice heavy gauge shielded cable, good quality and performance. Several of the shorter length cables had molded on chokes which limits their flexibility. Next time I need short cables I may explore one of their other offerings without the chokes. Shipping also took a bit longer than I anticipated. Otherwise very happy with the purchase. The cables and adapters are performing perfectly.

The post office lost my package. Very promptly replaced after,waiting 10 days past the delivery date . Superb customer service.

My son recently purchased a 3D printer from monoprice, and it has a few glitches going on. We reached out to customer service and got a speedy reply with suggestions on how to fix the problems. We were able to send video and pictures and so far have been highly satisfied with the quick replies. We're still in the process of getting a new part and hoping that does the trick,but so far,we are satisfied with the great customer service we have received.

I was asked to write a review for a recent purchase, warranty return, and purchase replacement. I had issues with a HDMI amplifier/splitter POE model. I worked with customer service to try to find a solution. The device does not work as expected no matter what we tried working with your tech department so we sent to whole thing back. The tech said I would receive and email with instructions but did not follow thru. I had to contact support again to get information two weeks later. I received a shipping label and partial instructions to send it back for replacement. The first email was unclear on how to exactly send it back so I reached out a third time via email saying the instructions weren't clear. The following correspondence returned an email with different instructions. There was more to this email then the previous. I was also told in the newest email the the prior email had all the instructions. It did not. The second email was more detailed. After all that ( this has been close to 3 weeks now ) I was told that it would be 7-10 days after they received the items before they would issue a replacement. Unacceptable. I finally received the replacement item a few days later. This one does the same as the other. I will be contacting technical support again to try to sort thru it.
