Longtime Customer — Very Disappointed With How Monoprice Handled This Order I changed my review score after the management got back to me with a resolution.

I write this review because I read many very bad reviews about Monoprice, which did make me hesitate. Fortunately, I did end up at ordering two of its Blackbird HDMI 8x8 Matrix Switchers. My experience has been a very positive one, from the email advice up to the ordering and delivery, a flawless experience like you wish to have at every online saleshouse. I can’t understand why people are writing so much bad stuff about this company. It just seems completely unrelated to my experience. I definitely can recommend Monoprice. The Blackbird is an awesome switcher, unlike many cheap Chinese offers, this one offers true 4K60 4:4:4, well the gear real pros are looking for. The device itself is build like a tank. Not only do you get 8x HDMI IN and 8x HDMI out, but you also get 8x mini TRS stereo out and 8x RCA Cinch mono out.

One of the most critical devices in my home office is my 4x4 HDMI matrix switch from monoprice. I share 3 monitors across 3 computers. One PC has dual HDMI ports, so it's really 4 computers. After multiple years this switch died. monoprice replaced it under warranty with excellent customer service, communication and follow through.

The Monoprice company was always fair and stands behind the products they sell. I haven't had any negative experience. High quality products at goos rates.

Ok. Second item I've bought from them. 1st 2x12 speaker cab. For the money I got the 2 speakers for free. Played a bunch of amps thru it. Just a great sounding cab. 2nd. OF 40 DLX Plus guitar. For the price. Another steal. Frets were good no sharp ends. P90s sounded great. Plays well out of the box. When I ordered the guitar. It was morning, they took the money from my account fairly quick. Did get an email from them to confirm the sale. So in the evening I emailed them. I got a response the next day. 2 days later it was on my steps. So far it's a great company to do business with.

Got what I ordered in a timely manner.

Monoprice sells good stuff at very fair prices and backs it up with responsive customer service; that's all i ask for and it's what Monprice has always delivered.

I can always count on Monoprice to have a great selection of quality electronic/audio components.
