Money Metals is the BEST online precious metals dealer on the internet! I bought a 10-ounce gold bar from Money Metals and received it within 2 business days! I received excellent customer service from Rob on the phone at Money Metals. Thank you, Money Metals Exchange!

Money Metals gives poor service at times and doesn't want to hear complaints. They refunded my payment rather than shipping the order. There is much more, but all I can say is my experience suggests you should shop elsewhere.

I made the MISTAKE of ordering from this DESPICABLE RACIST COMPANY without knowing that is what they are!! Now they will increase their sales because there are a lot of people like them! How can they mint a coin for Charlie Kirk? A lowlife racist that said he was against legislation that gave BLACK AMERICANS THE RIGHT TO VOTE? Almost 500 years in our great country and building the WHITE HOUSE. Free slave labor. Only native American Indians have been here longer than us and possibly the first Europeans that came here? STAY AWAY FROM MONEY METALS EXCHANGE if you believe in equality and reject RACISM!!!!

The company does not insure their shipments of precious metals and will not replace misdeliveries

Just received the order A651211 10 on 8/5for coin set different dates/different marks. Cost was $1,000 Very disappointed for this when the ad clearly states that different mintages includes S, CC, D and O. I only received 2 coins marked O and none other. I called and written and they have not resolved this misleading ad. Only dates were different not mintages. Very misleading. Some coins had ink. Avoid

Hackers Paradise Someone did a fraudulent ACH transfer from my savings account and purchased from them. They would not reverse or refund the money to my account.

My first purchase was made via ACH and the processing was over a week to get shipped. Made me quite nervous. My second purchase was through PayPal and I had my order in a couple days. Both were nicely packed and came in perfect.
