Do not buy their overpriced products. They are not good deals for who cares about quantity.

These people are just horrible at answering questions. They beat around the bush and give you half an answer or avoid it altogether.

I bought a PAM kilo silver bar with Money Metals and once I received it, there was a very noticeable scratch on it. I immediately called them and emailed them as well as provided them with pictures. They promised to replace it, and so I sent it back. Within less than a week, I received the silver and right off the bat while inspecting the so called "replacement"; that it was the same one I returned. Only this time the scratched part looked like it was covered with a silver coating much more like a nail polish, but not according to them. I emailed and called them again and provided with a before and after photos to show them that it was the same bar, and that it was not replaced at all! They said that there's nothing they can do for me anymore because they claim that it was replaced! And instead of negotiating for a good client satisfaction experience, for the benefit of the doubt, they just offered me to sell it back to them if I wasn't satisfied. They think I'm stupid that I'd sell it back for a lesser amount than I paid for. Bad to do business with these people!

They offer storing of your precious metals for a fee. I think the fees are reasonable compared to other facilities. They bill you quarterly for the storage but they only give you about a weeks notice. They will mail you a bill but you have a week to pay it. Not a whole lot of time to get things in order and for the mail to travel. Also. They are not very good at replying to emails and questions and much worse is they respond with information that has nothing to do with your question. With their lack luster communication it worries me if I'll be able to my metals back.

Just got another delivery, nice silver, will order more soon.

Go check the BBB for complaints against Money Metals in Eagle Idaho. Its pretty self explanatory. I will give a few words of caution when buying from money metals. The process of purchasing a larger quantity of precious metals is more trouble than it is worth. If you purchase more than $1000 from them you have to pay by check. I purchased physical metal from them 3 weeks ago and they still have not posted either of the 2 checks I sent. After the first check went "missing" I offered to pay via ACH. I was told by Clint and Michelle that they would not accept ACH because it would be fraudulent and is against there policy. They will make NO exception for any payment issue. I willingly gave them personal information to verify that I am who I say I am and they still refused to take payment via ACH.

If i could give these people no stars i would i paid alot for some gold and my package was delivered and left at my front porch according to them the mail man signed for it like who does that specially with alot of money just in the air now i called michelle from the dispatch team and she claims i never called for a report or investigation when i called she said she would call me back and never Did these people are a scam not responsible for lost or missing packages give u a hard time and now no one returns my voicemail smh do not buy from them they are a scam
