do not deal with this company.my husband called to get a price for selling his gold coin,they told him he needs to send it registered mail and insured,if it gets lost in the mail we would have to wait for our money from insurance.he checked on mailing and decided against it.now money metals is trying to bill us for the amount gold has gone up.they must be desperate for money to treat long standing customers this way.

I had gotten a quote from another company for 3 one oz gold coins and a 100oz silver bar. They quoted me $800.00 more. I had bought from them before when they were Independence Bullion. This was my first time under the new name. I just checked my bank account and the amount deposited was a bit less than what I was quoted. I was certain I sent them 1oz coins, but upon calling them they said it was 1/2 oz coins. Fortunately, they open everything under camera and weigh it out. So, to me that's a great thing. I don't ever recall buying 1/2 ounce because I always bought 1oz. That said, my memory isn't the greatest. But it's great to know now that I can review it on tape to ease my mind. The only thing I'm a bit disappointed in was the lack of a phone call to discuss being that it should have crossed someone's mind that I was mistaken rather than just changed my mind and sent 1/2 oz instead.

My order was supposed to be delivered by UPS. I never received the packaged. I opened the claim, a month and a half later I had to call back to money metals asking for update. The money metals representative(Angelica Burns) told me that since the don’t have enough proof that the package was not delivered that they can only refund me $100(from UPS insurance, not money metals) I was told that they were not sure my sister in-law had stolen the package. They will make any excuse not to sent you a replacement or a refund of your purchase. Money metals told me open another useless claim with the police department and to go do my own investigation with neighbors to ask and see if they have any cameras that shows proof that UPS did not deliver my purchase or that my sister in law did not steal my package. Ridiculous customer support.

The company took the money for an order immediately via ACH from my checking account. 10 days later I have not received the items or a shipping notification about my order. I reached out to them twice via their website contact tools and personal email. Each time my queries have gone unanswered. THEY DO NOT ANSWER QUESTIONS ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED AND PAID FOR BUYERS - BEWARE

IN good faith you go through the purchase commitment and 'contract' with MoneyMetals. If prices rise too much whilst your money transfer arrives, they just cancel the order. They win if prices go down and you lose both ways. BE CAREFUL. Not a lot of morals or ethics about this company.

I am a 100% Disabled Combat Veteran. I have spent $$$$$$ with this company. I have personally spoken with the owner Clint. I still have a Very Sour "taste in my mouth" over the way I was treated. I have been in and out of the hospital this year. I did not get the payment to them I soon as would have liked too. I am no longer allowed to buy from this company. Clint would not speak with me about this situation. He made on of his costumer service reps tell me. Great way to treat your customers CLINT.....MSG PSL (ret)
