everything turned out well but order was shipped in 2 different lots and I never received the e-mail on the shipment. Just caused a little anxiety but all is well. your follow up is very good. we'll do business again.

I don't have to worry about being ripped off, Just put in my order send a check or use my card and just sit back and wait for my item to come USPS. This was my second time trying my luck with the bargain bin silver (one ounce) The first time was a pleasant surprise getting two Australian great white 50 cent pieces in great condition. This time I wasn't so lucky...a Morgan round that is barely legible. Oh well... I enjoy this...MM has been great!

Easy website to look up what you want to purchase, faily easy cart management and payment. The star that is missing in COST. Adding extra fees, making Credit Card and PayPal pay more and providing discount to only large purchases. Some of us don't all the cash to purchase all we want so we pay 1, 2,3, or 4 pieces at a time. Recupe our finances and purchase again. Also, your 10 to 20 % mark up over Spot is also unfair to the small buyer.

Nice Box, as described and coin was in BU condition. The plastic case that the 10 oz coin in was scratched and had to be replaced.

I delt with one of the companies that used Celebrity endorsers. It was to be my first gold purchase. I was sold a piece of gold that was old and I was told that since it was old, the government could not make me turn it in again. All I wanted was a new piece of gold. I was taken in by a fast-talking salesman. I never delt with them again. Once I got involved with Money Metals Exchange, I have continued with them as my sole supplier.

Everything came just as ordered. While I admire the fact that the shipment required a signature, three was a little much and upset my wife. I would have preferred that not happen. I also did not like the extra cost of credit card.

Website easy to use. Placed and order and received confirmation. I used a check to pay so it had to clear before item would be sent. My check cleared on the 02/10/26 and I sent an email 02/16/26 asking about when my product would be arriving. They replied it would take up to 5 days after check cleared then another 4-9 days for shipping which seems like a lot of time to process an order that has been paid for. J.M. Bullion and S.D. Bullion only take a few days after check clears to send an order. Finally on 02/22/26 I received my product. Don't know if my email speed up the process or not. However, it definitely took them longer to fulfill my order than the other major metal sellers have taken. Their price was good, so I used them instead of JM or SD. In the future I will go with JD or SM Bullion.
