Money MetalsReviews of moneymetals.com

Money Metals is the only bullion company that insists on shipping to a client's billing address. It gets inconvenient. When i spend what i do i dont appreciate inconvenience. 2 parts to my order. One part was great. One part was scratched. The scratched item is a gift. Not cool.

The product was fine, the price was competitive, but the delivery time was terrible. What was most bothering and has kept me from reordering is my bank was not included using ACH for some strange reason. It is used by your competitor without issue but not Money Metals. Once you fix your ACH to accept my Credit Union (1st Northern California Credit Union) then we will probably do business again. Sending a paper check and waiting weeks was not what I have experienced anywhere else but with your company. I even spoke with someone who said that a company person would be in contact me and that she would try to find out why Plaid would not accept my credit union which has been around for probably 100 years and I have been a member for at least 40 years. Once you fix that then maybe we can do business again, but I will not go through the weeks and weeks of delays.

my random coin had huge burn mark like it was torched . delivery took a while but it got here and price well it is what it is .

I bought some gold in January of 2021, and it took sixteen days to arrive. I was going to make another purchase, but realized they would only mail it to my billing address, not my shipping address, despite having a place for entering two addresses on my account. I was going to pay via ACH if that makes a difference.
