I bought a kilo of silver. They never sent it. Then when I reported it fraud, they only gave me one week for a signature did not accept which took me more than a week to get them due to being out of town and they closed my case. They were also very rude and poor customer service.

I almost like this company.... you know you'll get bags full of culls when ordering in bulk 90% silver. What you order, and what you get are two different things. Never buy sell nor store your metals with these clowns. Lightweight Baby! Go with Monument Metals, they won't punk you.

Coming from Seattle and get stuck at died mans pass call them and they said will Monday then lol and the security guard told me that make transaction is normal size I only had $200,000 or so yes I said rent a cop lol lol

For being in the same location as I am in, they are too slow to get me the items I ordered. This is one of the reasons I preferred from them. There is really ni difference in the time frame receiving my orders. So I will dismiss this advantage from my decision to order.

My order never was received and I told them this and there refusing to make it right. Gave me some bullshit story on why there refusing to refund my order or ship me a new order!? DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS BUSINESS! THERE FRAUDS!

I bought some silver from money metals And 3 I bought I was suspicious So I took them to Houston to my friend who buys / sells silver s and gold Right away he said fake So I made a complaint on July 30 They really wouldn't help with giving all my money back plus they charged for spot price Check fee But they offered to buy back at a portion of the price So end of August I had to make another complaint In witch they texted back and said they just sent check out so maybe I will get my money back in September Maybe Unsatisfied customer totally
