I purchased $2000 worth of silver from MME in 2023. I just called them to sell them back and was immediately told that I was on their do not sell list!!! They are the only company that I have purchased metals from. I have never contacted them regarding anything in the past two years, neither bought or sold anything! They refused to tell me why I was on the list and was told that there was only a director to speak with, put on hold and they hung up. I have done nothing wrong. Good to know that if you buy from them, they won't honor there buyback. Needless to say, I am very upset! Anyone else have this problem?

I have been dealing with this dealer for over 11 years. 100% satisfied with the service I have gotten. This latest purchase is a beautiful coin. As finances permit more coins will be added to my stack.

They informed me I live in a state that a $1000.00 +purchase is exempt from state sales tax. Picking up smaller round when just short of that is a great way to avoid and add some diversity. Rounds are in excellent condition. Will continue to order from Money Metals in future.

Lacks transparency ! The overall process is not a good one and not in the same class with TREATY . Advance solution and good pay .

Don't make the mistake of giving them your phone number. I asked for info via email and they immediately called me. Then argued about me telling them I didn't appreciate unsolicited phone calls.
