Be very careful with buying Not physical precious metals in (Secure Vault option *) from Money metals .. the will low ball you when you want to sell after value goes up.. their Vault is a Scam even if it goes up in value they will still give you below what you paid .. and you have no other choice but take their offer lol after all those quartely storage fees .. so think twice best of luck

I have purchased a significant amount of gold and silver through Money Metals Exchange, since 2020 and have never had an issue. When I call to check on an order, or ask a question, I get a live person, not a AI prompt. They are a little more expensive than some of their competition, but not by much.

I bought some silver from money metals never received my order. So I messaged them and never heard a word back from them. It’s very frustrating

I have been buying silver and gold ingots from Canada for nearly twenty years. I had to find a new seller so I tried Money Metals. I buy one thousand dollars monthly so shipping and speed are my main concerns. Iv ordered 7 times thus far from MM and have had GREAT EXPERIENCE, STAFF RE ROUTED ONE ORDER FOR ME AND HELPED ME WITH QUESTIONS. A++, 5 stars from me!

This company commits fraud on elderly people and refuses to accept responsibility for their lack of communication with customers. They had no problem taking my money and advantage of senior citizens on fixed incomes, who purchased silver and was charged not only for the coins, but Insured Delivery. They lie, cheat and steal from good American senior citizens and refuse to give information on who the insuring company so a claim can be made. Fraud to several people if you look it up, which I wish I had prior to doing business with them. Do not order from them, they do not honor what they say they will do, just take your money!!!! And by the way, do not trust their rating, they just delete the honest reviews while frauding the hard working people who made the BIG mistake of trusting them. And the false statement of being insured is not honored and they will not give you the insurance information so you can make a claim.
