These guys popped up in my search results and I took a chance with a new silver vendor and am very happy with the results. Great prices and has stock. When the price was getting smashed Money Metals was the only online vendor still selling. Not only that they were having a sale on culls for $3.49 over spot. Great vendor and according to their mailer they will let you borrow against your silver if you don't want to sell. Thanks guys!

I have had nothing but superior customer service experiences the few times I've dealt with the Money Metals sales people. They were the first metals resource I dealt with five years ago. Wasn't doing a whole lot of volume as a novice, but given that fact, I was treated as a valuable customer and the agents all guided me along patiently answering all my 'newbie' questions without any sense that they were steering me in a direction that wasn't beneficial to me. As I moved into their depository program, at the point that I made the second purchase, I mentioned that I liked that program because it felt like a cash management feature at a brokerage house and the salesman quickly cautioned me to factor in the premiums with each purchase, and subsequent sale that would eat down short term profits if I didn't hold long enough to offset that factor. He also explained that the premiums varied according to the market demands... and suggested that I make no assumptions, but check before placing an order to see where the premiums were set that day so I could be aware of what my net take would be before making the final decision. I so appreciate their very transparent agents.

All I want is a receipt for my purchase WITH THE PRICE FOR BASIS. A receipt that provides the price paid, not just a list of what was sent (after several weeks). Their programming says it won't generate the form. The representative says i have popup blockers on. I dont have blockers on, I need pop-ups in my work from home. Don't let them get away with lying to you. Is it so hard to send a receipt with the dollar amount on it?????

I have purchased from them for 5 years - I have had nothing but a great experience. The metals arrive in great shape, in a timely manner also. I only had to reach out to customer service once but that was because I forgot to include a $10 "bonus" that I had and they gave me a $10 credit to my card right away with no questions asked. They are absolutely a great company.

These folks are the scum of the earth. Have a "facility" in the Idaho desert pretending to be a brokerage for precious metals. Don't be fooled, they are completely unregulated. Anything that you send to them is totally at your own risk and your expense. High pressure sales people man this "operation". You will have no recourse if anything goes wrong.

The silver dollar looked so genuine. then I took it to a coin shop and they said it was fake. No silver at all.
