First time ordering with this company. I ordered $50 face value in silver quarters. When I received the order 3 weeks later they shorted me 5 quarters at a loss of $75 in silver value. I notified them and was told to take a photo and email them. So now the wait game begins. I will never do business with this company ever again.

I ordered multiple items and only received one. When I contacted the company the woman on the phone couldn’t care less about my issue. She sounded as if I was inconveniencing her. I told her that I didn’t receive my full order and she told me to send an email with videos and everything I had. I did as I was told only to hear back that they could not help me because they have a “photo” from when the package was shipped out and it had all the items in the photo. I’m not sure how that is proof as anyone can take a photo with all the items and then after they snap the photo they can pocket the items. Anyways, they suck. Lots of bad reviews not just me and I would I would have seen the reviews before I spent so much money. This is actually the first time I’ve ever lost so much money and it really hurts. Never ordering from a company again unless they have good reviews. What a scam.

Website easy to use. Placed and order and received confirmation. I used a check to pay so it had to clear before item would be sent. My check cleared on the 02/10/26 and I sent an email 02/16/26 asking about when my product would be arriving. They replied it would take up to 5 days after check cleared then another 4-9 days for shipping which seems like a lot of time to process an order that has been paid for. J.M. Bullion and S.D. Bullion only take a few days after check clears to send an order. Finally on 02/22/26 I received my product. Don't know if my email speed up the process or not. However, it definitely took them longer to fulfill my order than the other major metal sellers have taken. Their price was good, so I used them instead of JM or SD. In the future I will go with JD or SM Bullion.

I had another fantastic experience with Money Metals Exchange last week when I bought 7 ounces of silver during the silver price dip. They were quick, professional, and easy to work with - which is why I am giving them 5 stars! Additionally, you will likely notice a TON of AI bots commenting on this fake website because Tru5t P1l0t doesn't actually monitor the comments, allowing people to promote other brands and websites, which is why I chose VIAGRA to make sure my precious metal stays hard. Tru5t P1L0T is a fake website. 5 stars for Money Metals keeping me going when I never thought I could.

Besides their slowest shipping record, they advertise new silver & then send you used pieces of silver. I bought a 5 oz shotgun slug. It was displayed new in a box, but when it arrived it was used. If they would have only given me the choice to buy used then I wouldn't be posting this review.

I will never use their services again—for loans or future purchases—and I urge others to steer clear.Nearly two months ago, I started the loan process, attracted by their advertised up to 75% LTV, hoping for liquidity without selling my holdings. I shipped eligible bullion (coins and bars) to their Eagle, Idaho depository, paying almost $600 in secure, insured shipping.The problems began immediately. It took over two weeks—unacceptably long—for them to log and inventory my metals. Once done, they appraised my collateral far below current market/spot value and arbitrarily dropped the LTV to 60% without prior warning or solid explanation. The resulting loan amount was so low it made no sense to proceed; the entire purpose vanished.When I canceled and requested my metals back, they hit me with another ~$200 in return shipping fees. Total cost to me: nearly $800 in shipping for zero benefit, plus two months of wasted time and stress.This reeks of bait-and-switch: dangle a high 75% LTV to get metals in-house, then lowball valuations and cut terms once shipping is sunk and you're committed. The poor communication, delays, and lack of transparency were infuriating.I've used other precious metals dealers and depositories without these issues. This level of inefficiency, surprise devaluations, and extra fees is unacceptable from a company that touts trust and professionalism.Bottom line: Avoid Money Metals Exchange's loan program. MoneyMetals.. Sloth like shipping times from order placement to delivery. They shorted me on my first big silver coins order too. Large order >$xxxxx.00 Finally ponied up. Maybe weigh product weight before shipping? And run it through a coin counter scanner? They make certain to glean any coins of collectible value, but will short you silver weight by including lots of severely worn coins (500 culls in just one order, that added up, let me tell you), Yet, they have no problem including foreign coins, missing coins in the count, and clad 1965+ coins. Complain, and they will tell you tough luck, shouldn't have trusted us, minimal comps. Pretty much, 'We dont have time to make sure we inventory and guarantee contents of what we sell you.' But they have time to clean out any coins of collector value? That's my real time experience with these clowns.

Worst experience I've had with precious metal vendors. Don't recommend. They treat minorities very disrespectful. Screwed up my order and were very disregarding. Unless your rich and white, then don't come here.
