First of all- the perfect fun Christmas gift! Ordering was easy, uploading a photo was as well and the process and shipping was prompt. I did not choose the proof option and received my order. The picture of the couple was in the sun and made my daughter’s hair look blonde. Totally my fault. I contacted customer service to pay for more “hair” and they were wonderful! I so appreciate the help to make this present perfect! Thank you again Minebrick!!

Do not purchase anything from them. I purchased a couple figure and paid extra for rendering before production. Their email ended up in my junk mail and I did not see it till 4 days later. Apparently they only give you 48 hours to response, and if you do not reply back to them within the timeframe the figure will automatically go to production. In my case I I did not find out till 4 days later. They would not let me do any modification stating I missed their cut-off time. There was no mention of 48 hours timeframe on their website. After email back and forth, they “offered” a deal for me: pay an additional $32 they will let me make the modification. Wow, what a great deal!
